Mailers can be comprised in the following ways: 4 Wholesale Parts orders, 4 Service Mailers (any combination of Retail Service or Service Clinic mailers or 4 Custom Region Service Mailers). You are only eligible for the free Visa Card upon completion of all four mailer orders. Your first order must be approved by the deadline of March 31, 2010 and your final order must be placed by November 1, 2010 and mailed by December 10, 2010.
